Last two weeks, it was in the news that Kayswitch and his babymama, Meenakshi were having issues.  According to LIB, Meena had stormed his home in Lekki Phase1 October 28th demanding to see him, but for some reason, the security guards supposedly refused to open the gates for her.

When Asked,

Kayswitch told Ynaija that all was well between them. "All is well between me and Meena.  First of all, that is not my house…two, I really don’t know what Meena went looking for but she wasn’t looking for me. I still posted of photo of them – Meena and my baby – on my Instagram page a few days back, they mean the world to me, all is well between us, i guess Linda is just looking traffic. How would you say she went looking for me when we LIVE TOGETHER…it’s funny how the media loves to paint we celebrities in a negative way, it appears you have missed my name and that is why you decided to hit me with this RUMOUR…”

MTN Launches N10 Recharge Card Beginning Today. [PHOTO]

Loyal subscribers have been rewarded with several things this season with the MTN surprise plan. They have yet brought something else for their subscribers. MTN Nigeria will as from today have the opportunity to recharge their phones for as low as N10. The Chief Marketing Officer of MTN, Bayo Adekanmbi, revealed this in a statement on Thursday.

According to Adekambi, the initiative, to be launched in Kano, was to ensure that no Nigerian was shut out of the values that the network offers.

 “Apart from making it possible for customers to purchase airtime at the lowest rates, it also offers opportunities for small scale entrepreneurs to sell low-unit portion packs of recharge cards as a new revenue stream. Again, everyday people such as Maishayi, neighbourhood stalls, housewives, students, etc would also benefit immensely from this proposition.”

"Women are more reliable than men in Politics"- Former President Obasanjo Admits

He has admitted it! What are you waiting for?

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, believes that women can do better in public offices than men.

He said this yesterday when members of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, [NAWOJ] paid him a visit at his Hilltop residence in Abeokuta, where he was presented with a Father of the Nation plaque. He said:

"One of the best journalists that ever served me was a woman, and that was the late Mrs Oluremi Oyo. In politics, women are more reliable than men. When a woman says she is with you, you can really take it that she is with you. But if a man tells you he is with you and you catch him in another meeting, he will tell you it is politics. It should not be so. When a politician’s words cannot be believed, then you are turning politics into another thing. A politician must be a man or woman of honour that believes in morality.”
 

November 7 declared as public holiday for Civil servants to get their PVC.

Governor Fashola has declared Friday November 7, as holiday for all public servants in the state, so that they can collect their Permanent Voter Card (PVC) from INEC. 

Distribution of the PVCs holds from Friday 7 till Sunday, November 9. He also appealed for the private sector to close early so that members of staff can go and pick up their cards. The governor also urged eligible voters from age 18 and above, to register.

“You have to register as a voter to be eligible to vote. We must take it seriously to make sure our names are in the voters register. Go to the polling centre to collect your PVC. No business or job can be more important than to collect your PVC. Between November 7 and 9, those who want to collect the PVC, should go out and collect them”, he said.

Those who lost their temporary voter’s card or have not registered before can do so when INEC conducts fresh registration between 12 and 17 November.
