Nigerians to Pay £3,000 to Enter Europe.

On Monday, the Federal Government summoned the British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Dr. Andrew Pocock, over the development requiring Nigerian travellers and five other countries to the UK to deposit £3,000 about (N750,000)as bond in case they overstay their visa limits.The House of Representatives which flayed the policy, argued that it could have negative impact on the relationship between the two countries.( I agree).
Yesterday, the Chairman of foreign affairs committee in the House of Representatives, Nnenna Elendu-Ukeje, has described the said the policy as discriminatory
and unacceptable.
In a statement issued yesterday in Abuja, the lawmaker said such a policy would not be in the best interest of Nigeria and Nigerians, and added that, "it is unworkable and impractical as it was targeted at non-white Commonwealth countries."
According to Ukeje, the decision was political and breached agreement entered into by Nigerian authorities and prime minister of Britain, David Cameron, and added that the House committee on foreign affairs would take a critical look at the policy as it affects Nigerians and come up with a way forward
Pocock is to explain to government if the plan is true and why Nigeria is a target. Government is worried about the highly discriminatory policy which tends to portray the country in a bad light. Pocock would meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Olugbenga Ashiru, on Tuesday (today) to explain the policy. What is your opinion on this?

16 Year Old boy sentenced to 90yrs In Prison for killing 1yr old baby

Sixteen-year-old Donald Ray Dokins’ short stature with a baby face the crime he committed: the fatal shooting of a 1-year-old boy in the arms of his proud and doting father.
As he prepared to sentence the teenager, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Pat Connolly could barely contain his contempt. “You have no intestinal fortitude to sit up and look at me,” Connolly said to Dokins, who was staring at the floor, avoiding the judge’s gaze. “You have hatred in your heart that I can’t understand.” Prosecutors say that on June 4, 2012, Dokins, a then-15-year-old gang member, rode up on a bicycle to a family gathered outside a home in Watts. He drew a revolver and opened fire, killing 14-month-old Angel Mauro Cortez Vega and wounding his 21-year-old father, Mauro Cortez. Dokins, authorities say, mistakenly believed the father was a member of a rival gang because of the color of his T-shirt.
Prosecutors charged Dokins as an adult. Connolly sentenced him to 90 years to life in prison. Before the sentencing, friends and relatives of both the victims and Dokins addressed the court. Dokins’ brother Derrick Washington described his sibling as a straight-A student who wrote poetry. Washington broke down in tears, asserting his brother’s innocence. “He’s not a monster.
He’s just a little boy,” said Washington, wearing a rosary around his neck. Another family member told the judge that Dokins wouldn’t be around to raise his own daughter, who police said is close to. What exactly is the point of living?

Obasanjo Now An Evangelist?? Amazing...

It has been reported that former President, Olusegun Obasanjo may dump politics for evangelism. Obasanjo has joined other clerics in organising nationwide crusades a source stated. Kayode Williams, the man behind Bishop Kayode Williams World Outreach has teamed up with the former president and Oba Adedapo Tejuoso to hold these crusades which will start from Ogbomoso. The crusade, 'Healing Ogbomoso Land Gospel Crusade' began yesterday in Ogbomoso and will run for 5 days.

Kayode Williams is an ex armed robber who repented and gave his life to Christ while in Sokoto prison.

She was clad in a transparent fitted stylish short sleeves wedding gown, eyelashes, earrings makeup and wedding flower, which had never happened in the history of the ministry.

As a friend of the couple, I can’t keep silent anymore. The picture being circulated is not what the bride looked like on the wedding day, it was digital altered to destroy the lives of the new couple and may you all be forgiven for the damage you caused the church of God and the new couple. As someone that attended the wedding, the pictures arousing such controversy looks nothing like the bride on her wedding day.

You compare earlier pictures of a deeper life bride with a turban covered hair. In the Caribbean generally, the thick turban covering is associated with a satanic worship church. Can you imagine? No!! Ignorance is bliss. Is that what you want the new couple subjected to because of your lack of understanding? A joining that appears to be like under Satan because of hair covering as you understand it in your side of the world? God forbid!

If you want to accuse the bride of the gown, is it showing any body parts? I thought this was the idea of modesty. Let not thy nakedness be discovered.. I Did Not Flush My Baby-- OAU Student.

Few days ago, news went round as regard a lady whose baby was found in the toilet at OAU(Obafemi Awolowo University. The lady has come out open to speak that she didn't try to flush her baby has everyone has been saying. Read her statement below.

“The truth is that I had a delivery of a baby boy but i thought I was pressed by call of nature, I was actually in labour pains.
“Prior to the childbirth, I had discovered that I was bleeding and went to the toilet only to observe that something expelled into the water closet.
“It was at that juncture that I screamed and shouted for help when one of my friends Satope Oladayo, heard my distress voice and quickly traced me to the toilet from our room.
“It was when Satope entered the toilet and found the baby that she (Satope) called an elderly cleaner for assistance. The father of my new baby is a 400-level student of Mechanical Engineering, while I am 20-year-old and also a final year student in the same university.
There is no way I would have done such a callous thing to a baby that I carried for 9 months

Should I Tell My Husband Our Twins Were Adopted?

I wish God will forgive me. I got married in 2004 and after some years we could not conceive. Me and my husband went to hospital and I was told that am suffering from blocked fallopian tubes while my hubby had low sperm count. (Double Problems)

After some treatment no results and my hubby wanted to travel to London and hoping
to come back in 2yrs time. I decided to lie to my hubby that am pregnant and he was happy, after 2months he left for London and I was staying alone. My hubby kept asking after our child and I told
him the baby was kicking. I decided to make enquiries about how to adopt. I arranged with one man in river state about adopting twins likely a girl and a boy or 2 boys.
After 9months of faking my pregnancy to my hubby, doctor told me that the children are ready, I rented a 2 bedroom flat far away from where I was living before. I went and brought those children, I paid 700,000 to doctor and I gave the young mother 100,000. I just felt like giving the mother the money because I know the doctor will settle her later.
I saw many young girls there waiting to deliver. I called my hubby and him that I have given birth to twins a boy and a girl, my hubby was very happy. I hired bus from River state to Lagos here, I came back smoothly and with a nanny helping me out. My hubby kept sending me money every month.
My twins are very beautiful, I sent the pictures to my hubby, he was very happy. After 5yrs my hubby came back, he loves those children more than me.
My problem is this. How can I tell my hubby that those children does not belong to us. How can I tell him that I adopted them with his money.
How will he react to it? He is suffering from HBP that started 2yrs ago. He doesn't joke
with the kids. I need your advice please.

I asked a few people and they said its not necessary to tell the husband just a little feels she should tell him. What do you think?

Margaret Okwuikpo who is one of Babcocks graduating student lost eight members of her family in a horrific auto accident on May 31st 2013 in Port Harcourt. Her fa
r, grandmother, sisters, brothers and a cousin were on their way to her graduation ceremony, which was to take place on Sunday June 2nd, when the commercial bus they were traveling in crashed. I Don't Cheat, Where Did I Go Wrong Please?

I'm sending this amidst tears and Insomnia. My name is Bola. I have been dating this guy for 10months now. In the last 10months so much has happened.
First it was the struggle of getting him to love me. It took well over 2 months for him to utter the words "I love you" even though he asked me out and we were already exclusive in the relationship. Next it was the struggle of getting used 2 each other. My bf is usually emotionless. Someone who believes showing affection as a man is a sign of weakness. He's always concerned about his ego. He talks me down, insults me in the name of advice and rarely does anything romantic.
I am a very independent woman ( I have my money) but he believes doing anything or giving me anything is a very big deal even when he knows I don't have (he knows how I spend my

I loved him and took all his excesses for 8 months hoping things would change. We broke up for a week. During the break up, I got 2 hang out wit an old friend ( something I never would have tried if not for the break up) and I started liking him. He was single so I felt we could start something.
I missed my bf and I called him and we made up. I told him how I hung out wit someone and how I could have dated the guy. After we made up my bf became a better person but my mind was divided.
I continued keeping in touch with my old friend and one day I left my bfs house and lied I was going home but I was going 2 see the other guy. He followed me and caught me. I felt bad and begged him but I did it again. And he caught me still.

I NEVER slept with my old friend. Though I was already in love with him, I had to let him go. Now here's the PROBLEM! My bf accuses me of cheating everyday! Did I make a mistake by being plain with him about meeting another guy? Or why did he forgive me if he couldn't cope. I feel like a cheap prostitute now cos that's how he sees me. We just broke up cos I can't deal with someone constantly accusing me. Where did I go wrong please?

Why Olamide Rejected D'Banjs Offer.

We must have all been wondering what led to Olamide saying he wasn't signed to D'banjs record label. D’Banj and his management team wanted to sign in rapper Olamide however we later heard that Olamide turned down the offer with his reason "preferring to roll alone for now".
He believes that for now, there is nothing D’banj can do for him that he can’t do for himself.

“In the future, I will consider his offer. If anybody wants me, he should have unfettered access to me. I am just starting out in the profession”, he allegedly told close friends.
