Alade market razed by fire.

Fear gripped residents near the popular Alade Market at allen junction in ikeja onSunday night as they watched bright red flames pierce the darkness. Officials of the Lagos Fire servie battled all night ith the fire, but not before major damage ws done and lots of money went up in the smoke. The extent of the damage is being ascertained.
Policemen have been deployed to the area to prevent hoodlums from looting shops in the market.
