Reason MayD didn't perform at the calabar carnival

It seems May D is actually becoming a top boss that can now walk away from shows like Calabar Festival hmmm... He was scheduled to perform at the Calabar Festival 2012 and on the day of arrival He and Psquare both arrived from the same flight which was cool, fans were amazed seeing the two of them thinking they must have resolved their beef unfortunately it wasn't so from Mr May D, known to him he won't perform apparently because Psquare and Akon would be on stage and Akon could resolve their beef on stage, so as soon as he lodged in his hotel room he demanded his balance (looking for an excuse) but was declined until the end of the show and he wasn't pleased to hear that. May D walked away when it was time for him to perform, the organizers had to replace him with J Martins (sharp Sharp).
When Akon and Psquare performed "chop my money" MayD's part was spinned off by the Dj...
In conclusion the organizers denied the fact that dey never knew May D and Psquare were not in good terms.

He's feeling the girl

In a teaser for the next edition of The Juice on Ndani TV, D’Banj lets it out like never before.

Interviewed by Toolz, the Kokomaster spoke on a lot of issues. From his new found friends of GOOD music/Kanye West to his personal relationships with Don Jazzy and yes we asked if he was single or not.

One of the most interesting responses he gave, was when he was quizzed about his relationship with Nollywood superstar, Genevieve Nnaji.

He replied: “Behind every smoke there is fire. I was feeling her sha, I like her.”

Funke Akindele signs multi million naira endorsement deal with Jobberman

Nollywood actress and producer, Funke Akindele, has signed a multi-million naira endorsement deal with Nigeria’s top job search website, Jobberman.

The 36-year-old penned the one-year contract as 2012 came to a close and will appear in TV commercial, record radio jingles and attend Jobberman events, as part of the deal.

“Being Nigeria’s number one Jobs website, we realised that there is a need to reach out to a set of people that are not aware of the existence and usefulness of Jobberman,” a Jobberman exec told NET.

“With over 500,000 registered users, a large number of active users of the internet are aware of Jobberman but the set of people we are targeting now basically visit Facebook and check mails only.”

T.B Joshua's prophecies for 2013

As 2013 gets into full swing, Prophet T. B. Joshua, a man of God renowned for controversial prophesies, has dished out SEVEN things that will happen to individuals this year.

According to the report, “The prophecies for nations, continents and for those at the helm of affairs shall be announced during the next Sunday Service.” Here are the 7 predictions he made:
1. A year of surprises – I am seeing many great, famous, popular and rich men and politicians will become helpless and in need of help in matters of sickness, disease, finances, death, etc. One of the causes: They have failed to reward those who helped them to succeed. This is the year of judgment, especially for politicians who use youth to support their political ambitions without reward after winning power. Tell your neighbour: Reward those who help you succeed now.

2. Those in the foodstuff business will have a field day this year. Farming and agriculture will be the order of the day and will help greatly to be the source of solution this year. People engaged in it will be greatly blessed.

3. Those anxious about God and who hate sin – the faithful – your prayers for many years are not lost. This year, there will be instant answers to your prayers, especially those who have been seeking for the fruit of the womb. The long-time barren will become mothers of many babies this New Year.

4. Natural disasters will be many this New Year, such as motor accidents, sea sickness and air disasters. Let us move to God. With God, all things are possible.

5. Stop praying against those who hurt you. This year, you will see clearly that God is God of vengeance. Instead, you should pray for them.

6. Do charity work – feed the poor and the needy and give scholarships to those who deserve them. This year, there is great reward in doing this if you do it with all your heart. No matter how little, share it with others. Share their pain and share their joy.

7. Our youth who think always of travelling should use the money to go into agriculture or foodstuff business because in the New Year, God will bless them. They will achieve greatness by transacting in agriculture and foodstuff and become successful in export and import business. The money I am talking about could be in the region of N100,000, N200,000, N250,000 ($1,000, $1,500, $2,000).

Those who have been working for many years and have never been satisfied with the job and salary they receive, the little limited resources at their disposal should be invested in foodstuff business or agriculture, especially those already married. They should divide themselves in such a way that either the husband or wife should step down from service where they receive salary and face agriculture.

Foodstuff business and agriculture or farming are anointed businesses this New Year, to revive the world from economic depression. This is the secret of God revealed to you today. Quote me; you will not regret doing it. My name is T.B. Joshua.

(Fashion) Skinny jeans causes Nerve damage

Many young kids are heavily influenced by what they see their idols wearing. When rappers like Lil Wayne and Kid Cudi step out at an event wearing skinny jeans, many teens try to emulate them. Rappers aren’t the only ones who have made the super tight pants popular. There are plenty of actors and singers who have helped to make skinny jeans the “in” thing among the general populatsion. However, some doctors are now warning that wearing the jeans can be a health hazard. According to ABC News, wearing the jeans can temporarily pinch the nerves in your hips causing something called Meralgia Paresthetica.
“The disorder that occurs when one of the nerves that runs in the outer part of the thigh gets compressed. The pressure on it causes symptoms of tingling, numbness and pain,” said Urologist, Dr. Karen Boyle.
Other possible heath hazards include abdominal pain, heartburn and blood clots.

THe urge to date Made Boiz

A female friend on facebook just shared this note on her facebook account today, and I was so thrilled; now I'm beginning to believe strongly that all the cry for change that guys had been crying for both online and in real life has started bearing good fruits, so I want to commend the ladies who are really struggling to change their perception about romance, dating and marriage for good. God will continue to give you ladies more wisdom to know the good from bad. Now here is the story:

WOMEN AFTA RICH GUYZ...! The
race to marry a BIG BOY is what's
now in vogue. Most ladies
nowadays can't function if there
is no cash involved. The urge for
material things has changed thez
STORY OF LOVE. Never make
money your only priority when
choosing your spouse. There's
more to marriage than money
alone. A man with good heart is
better than a rich man with the
heart of beast.

Most women say they want security
in life so they won’t date the poor.
If he's notrich today doesn't mean he will
be poor for life. The happiness
and security of your life is your
responsibility. Those who choose
never to endure at all may have
to suffer for long. Getting married
to the rich doesn't guarantee
happiness in life. HAPPINESS IS
PRICELESS.
Perhaps those who say
they will rather cry inside a
Mercedes than laugh on a
bicycle have never experienced
pain in their life. Some
relationship mistakes can cause
life regret. WOMEN OF VIRTUE
don't date for cash. They work
hard and pray to GOD to make
them rich and give them a good
partner in life.
IF IT DOESN'T
COUNT, DON'T LOOSE THE COUNT.
Many young women have blindly
turned themselves to TEST DRIVE
VEHICLE for the love of material
things. Don't spoil your tomorrow
today. What qualified you as
great woman is not in designer
shoes and bags. It’s in your good
heart, good characters and real
personality. When a real man
finds a wife in you he will never
let you go. It’s funny how
material women blame men for
breaking their heart. A man who
wins your love with cash may not
stay for long. Real men don't
settle down with fake women.
THE ONLY PLACE YOU CAN FIND A
FAKE WOMAN IS TEMPORARILY IN
THE HEART OF A FOOLISH MAN, BUT
WHEN THE FOOLISH BECOMES WISE,
THE WISE PERSON IS IN SERIOUS
PROBLEMS. Looking for a real man
when you are fake is like looking
for a LIVE FISH IN THE FOREST.
There is nothing in life that is not a risk.DATE WISELY...........
