PHOTOS: Miley Cyrus Performs On Stage Yet Again In Nearly Nude Outfitt

The 20-year-old entertainer performed a few songs for the event which held  at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas while wearing a completely sheer outfit and nipple pasties on her breasts.
