TRAGEDY: Video Directors Sesan And Moe Musa Loose Dad's

Two of the prominent video directors; Sesan and Moe Musa lost their fathers  on Sunday night under different circumstances which explains the tweet of a Nigerian DJ earlier today that it was a day of double mourning for the Nigerian entertainment industry

While Sesan and his sister Beat FMs OAP Fade Ogunro lost their father Sesan Ogunro Snr in a tragic robbery incident in Lagos on Sunday, December 22, 2013, around the same time Moe Musa, prolific music video director Moe Musa also lost his dad on Sunday night in a horrific fire accident in his home in Lagos. It is gathered that the Late Sesan Ogunro snr was shot dead in the presence of his family around Marwa Gardens in Ikeja, Lagos, shortly after leaving Church where they attended a Christmas carol service. Mr Ogunro was leaving the church where he had attended a Christmas Carol service when he was accosted by armed robbers who ended up shooting him in the presence of his family. The shocking incident occurred behind Marwa Gardens, Ikeja, Lagos. At 10PM last night, Fade was still at her work place Beat FM office, Ikoyi, Lagos
State. She is currently at her Ogudu GRA home where friends and family have been visiting to pay their condolences. Mr Sesan Ogunro senior till his demise was an advertising guru and the MD of Eminent Communications in Lagos, an advertising company based in Lagos. 

Moe Musa's dad on the other hand allegedly died from gas explosions in the kitchen on Sunday, although this is yet to be confirmed by the family. Moe Musa was the creative force behind the beautiful FUSE ODG video, Antenna, Davido's Skelewu video, Wizkid's Azonto E.M.E ft WizKid, Banky W & Skales – Get Down Tonight, May D's So Many Things and many others. Sesan also has worked with many top ranking Nigerian artistes including D’banj, Snoop Dogg, Don Jazzy, Wande Coal, Iyanya, Wizkid, Tiwa Savage and many more. Fade anchors the Liquid Lounge show on Saturday (6-10PM) on the Sunday Request Show from 6PM till midnight.
