Chris Okotie Stands On his words "Catholics are Going To Hell And Pope Francis Is Anti Christ".

He is still insisting but thank God he said there are good Christians amongst the catholics.. Read what he has to say in this interview:

"You recently stirred up controversy when you said Catholics would go to hell. Why did you say that?  It is because the church perverts the gospel of Jesus Christ and that perversion is located in the leadership. Even as Pope Francis recently announced. However, there are many good Christians within the Catholic Church who are not aware of the doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church, that has substituted Mary for Jesus, in what is known as the hyperdulia of the Virgin Mary. Salvation for them is not through Jesus alone but in accordance with what Pope Francis recently announced to the world. That, in itself, is a direct violation of the sanctity of the scriptures.  You even described the Pope as “an anti-Christ and a friend of Satan” and that the Catholic Church is a counterfeit church set up by Satan. What made you say this?The heresies in their doctrine and the recent announcement by Pope Francis corroborate this position. You were credited to have said that tattooing and plastic surgery were not sins before God; can you explain this to the public because it’s still a controversial issue?No, I didn't say that. What I said is that even though it is our body and to an extent we have the liberty to do what we want with it, at the end of the day, everybody will stand before God to give account of how he/she used his/herbody.
  Same way people criticize pastors who have jets, what do you think? It is because of the novelty. Pastors who buy these jets have their reasons. When you do something new, it will create a stir.  Do you own a jet, if not, are you planning to buy one? No, I do not have a jet now. But I will if it becomes necessary in the prosecution of my ecclesiastical responsibilities. Some people still can’t understand why you divorced twice; they believe it is wrong for pastors to divorce. Why do you always divorce?I have addressed this issue from the pulpit several times. But why did you divorce someone you reportedly told your members God asked you to marry?I don’t want to go into that again. Are you still planning to remarry?No.

Former archbishop of Lagos state, Anthony Olubunmi Okogie has replied Chris Okotie on his statement about All Catholics going to hell’. Here is what he told Punch;

“It is always good to talk on what you know, not on what you do not know. The problem we have today is that a lot of people put their mouth in what does not concern them because they want people to know that they too are there; that they can be reckoned with. I don’t think that is the way to do things, no. I think the best thing is to always put your mouth where God puts it, if you don’t want to be disgraced.”

Polite insult is what this is called.

Pastor Chris Okotie, the Pastor of the Household of God Church International, recently bought a Rolls Royce Coupe, the 2014 Bespoke Edition, to mark his 30 years as born-again Christian and 27 years as a pastor...(Bad ass innit?) 

Punch reports that according to Okotie’s close aide, the pastor spent N120m on the luxury car and had earlier spent N33m on a Range Rover Autobiography to mark a milestone of his church.

The source, in a text message, said:

“Pastor Okotie just bought a Rolls Royce Coupe, 2014 Bespoke Edition at N120m to mark his 30 years as a born-again Christian and 27 years as a pastor. 

He had earlier bought a Range Rover (Autobiography) 2014 Model for N33m, reputed to be the costliest SUV in the world to mark this ministry’s milestone.” Checks on the Internet showed that the cheapest price of  same Rolls Royce model is about N65m, but it could be more expensive if armored.

Remember Fifty-five-year-old Okotie was in the news recently for the controversial comments he made during a church service in which he claimed that “all Catholics will go to hell,” and referred to Pope Francis as anti-Christ... All this unnecessary publicity tho.
