11 year old girl whom was set on fire By Mrs Nkese Iroakazi who is her madam and also a nurse in Surulere is dead. The girl managed to say that Mrs Nkese poured kerosene on her and stroked a stick of matches. Though Mrs Nkese is still denying this allegation. in case you missed the story, check here.
