I am not exactly sure but sources say they received a photo of Jay-Z leaving a restaurant in L.A. with a young lady who ran off when the two were spotted by paparazzi. Beyonce was in New York City at Kelly Rowland’s Here I Am album release party. She is a rapper called Liv.Well, Liv TURNED HIM DOWN – claiming that she had “too much respect” for Jay’s wife. Plus she wanted to make her name in business without sleeping her way to the top....
