5 Years In Jail For Whoever Cheats in WAEC- Law Approved

The Federal Government of Nigeria has approved a 5-year jail term or N200,000 or both for anyone caught cheating in the West Africa Examination Council (WAEC). This announcement was made yesterday in Abuja by the Minister of Education, Prof. Ruqayyatu Rufai while briefing the States House Correspondents.
The Federal Executive Council already had directed the Ministry of Justice to take further necessary action on the subject.
