Woman guilty of animal cruelty for beating up eight weeks old puppy and to be sentenced.

Lmao, all this people are funny sha. Going to court because of a puppy or dog. Taah! Some sick shit mehn....well, the Sierra Division of the Madeira Superior Court in Fresno, California found Jannice Aquilar guilty of felony animal cruelty last week for repeatedly hitting her eight-week-old puppy with her fist. On Aug. 29, 2012, a witness saw Aquilar, 39, hold the puppy to the ground and beat the defenseless animal (Hehehe, be treating puppy like its a person). She then stuffed the suffering puppy into her backpack and hitched a ride to a local park.

The severity of the beating caused the puppy's eye to become dislocated from its socket (LOL). The person who picked Aquilar up stopped at two different veterinarian hospitals, but Aquilar refused to get out of the car or give up the puppy. According to the Sierra News, the Labrador retriever mix was "crying in pain" when Aquilar arrived at the Oakhurst Community Park. One of the witnesses was reported to have killed the dog because he was suffering so much. Aquilar claimed the pup was attacked by a pitbull. No one believed her story. Aquilar is scheduled to be sentenced on April 9. Why so much trouble over a puppy tho?
